Beginners Avena Cycle

Perhaps not as tough as our Avena Cycle class but this class still has 35 minutes of calorie burning. With drills, hills and sprints you will feel a little puffed afterwards but you will also feel invigorated!
This class is a lower intensity class designed to build your strength and endurance at a slower more manageable pace
Beginners Avena Cycle improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, it increases metabolism, encourages the body to burn body-fat and leaves you with a natural high.
