Some old school training anyone? Circuit training has been around for years and with good reason. Circuits is a really effective class for achieving results.
Expect to strengthen, tone, build endurance and decrease body fat (in conjunction with a balanced diet of course…) Along with these benefits you will also enjoy the benefits of an improved cardio-respiratory system. You will feel great leaving this class!
Our class runs for 45 minutes.
