Hatha Flow is a more dynamic class focusing on coordinating the breath and movement while still staying connected with and listening to your body. In each class we move through various vinyasa sequences using the breath as a guide to create flow, connection and increased awareness. As in all the other classes, the emphasis is on creating a sense of steadiness and ease, whether its moving from one yoga pose to another, holding a yoga pose or practicing breathing techniques. This class caters for people who have some yoga experience and are looking for more of a challenge in their yoga practice.
